About

I am an Episcopal priest and Rector of Saint Margaret’s Episcopal Church in Waxhaw, NC.  I am not a scholar, theologian, great thinker, or even close to being a great writer.  I am a simple parish priest who is passionate about the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and I hope that some of my thoughts may serve to help others learn about Jesus.  I am a former musician, am married, have two wonderful children, three dogs and a cat.  My family and friends still can’t quite understand how I was allowed to become a priest in any church (notorious sins), but I try to explain to them about the power of forgiveness through Jesus (grace) and they just smile politely and change the subject.  If there is hope for me, there is hope for all!
